In a short period of time, we developed a need to purchase a home very near work. I contact David via Zillow about 1 specific home. Over the lunch hour, David had arranged for us to see 3 homes. That same evening, we put a bid on the 3rd house we toured (a house David picked out). David coached us on writing the offer, and that offer was accepted the next day.
